Age Policy

Our Services are intended only for individuals over the age of 13 and we only collect and maintain data from anyone over 13 years of age. If you are under 13, it is strictly advised to not use or have access to our services. In the event that we learn we have collected data from a child under the age of 13, we will terminate all data and information obtained from the child. Security & API Key Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and API keys strictly confidential. GiblTCG accepts no liability for unauthorized access to your account, data breaches, or exhausted rate limits that result from your failure to secure your API keys.
